Pitch-In Week is an annual community clean-up event that brings residents, schools, businesses, and organizations together to help keep Houston clean and beautiful. Taking place April 20–24, 2026, this long-standing initiative encourages participants to collect litter and debris from assigned areas throughout the community. With supplies provided and garbage pick-up arranged, it’s an easy and impactful way to give back, build community pride, and celebrate Earth Day on April 22 through local action.
